Gelanots®

A fabric created by the worldwide leader in designing breathable fabrics – the Tomen factory. Currently in the hands of the Toyota Tsusho group, improved Gelanots ® quickly gained confidence of the newest generation fabric’s enthusiasts all over the world. This smart fabric is created in several versions, including:

• 3-layer ultralight (80g/m2), where the outer layer RipStop is combined with breathable and waterproof membrane protected by knitwear,

• 3-layer lightweight, with a higher weight (140g/m2),

• 2.5-layer covered by special dots that protect polymer membrane from tearing and abrasion

• 2-layer membrane separated from protective layer in 2 versions - the ultralight and light.

All versions of Gelanots® have the same, excellent waterproof performance (20.000mm/H2O) and breathability (20.000g/m2/24h).  As a result of this products provide an efficient moisture transport away from your body avoiding process of condensation. Gelanots® laminates are not micro-porous so they retain their windproof, waterproof and breathable qualities independently from time of use.

 

Aquatex

Aquatex fabrics comprise a group of different materials covered with a layer of microporous polyurethane. This layer manages to achieve two opposing characteristics.  Because particles of water are bigger than the micro pores in polyurethane, Aquatex is waterproof and windproof. On the other hand, the molecules of vapour produced by a body during physical exertion are much smaller than the polyurethane micro pores, so perspiration can permeate through the outer layer of material, where it evaporates into the air. This effect is known as “breathability”, maintaining a natural microclimate near the skin and reducing the sensation of overheating and discomfort due to moisture remaining between outer clothes and body.

 

Aquatex L2C

Ultralight fabric with a unique two layer coating. The first coating of micro polyurethane provides a breathable water–repellent barrier, while the second, outer coating, protects the inner coating against abrasion and eliminates the need for a mesh lining, resulting in an extremely lightweight waterproof system.

 

Aquatex 10/10

Durable, lightweight 2-layer laminated fabric, with a highly water resistant shell and an impressively low weight.  The fabric is laminated to a new Aquatex membrane that offers 100% waterproof properties with enhanced breathability. Waterproofness: 10,000mm/H20

PrimaLoft® Sport

Perfect combination of high performance insulation and value. This technology combines ultra-fine and multi-diameter fibers for specific performance characteristics. The specially treated ultra-fine fibers help to form a water resistant insulating structure, while the multi-diameter fibers help to build loft. PrimaLoft® is currently one of the best alternatives to down. Fiber created for NASA.

Micro Warmguard

The ultimate solution for sleeping bags filling. It is light, compressible and provides very good insulation thank to its small PE hollow fibers. It enables to design all round trekking sleeping bags of good value and high performance.

 

Softshell fabrics

 

3LF – waterproof and highly breathable soft shell fabric, made of 3 layers.  This fabric offers the optimum performance needed by today’s top athletes.  The outer 4-way stretch layer offers durability and movement. The middle layer is Aquatex Xplora and offers a waterproof, breathable membrane for optimum performance. Whilst the inner layer is a soft but durable fleece which acts as both insulation and a moisture transportation layer to quickly wick away perspiration.

 

3LF light – version of Softshell 3LF with lighter fleece layer   

 

2LF – 2 layer fabric constructed of 4-way stretch outer layer bonded to a fleece inner layer. 2LF offers maximum freedom of movement in use, warmth, softness and wind protection.

 

2LHL – 2 layer SoftShell 2LF finished with additional layer – HighLoft-  that provides better thermal properties.

 

 

Polartec® is a trade mark and registered in United States and in other jurisdictions for fabrics available only from Malden Mills Industries Inc. “Times” magazine hailed Polartec® products one of the greates inventions of the 20th century.

 

Polartec® Thermal Pro® Recycled

A group of knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers with excellent isothermal properties. The Thermal Pro® range offers unique insulation properties while moving the moisture away from the body.  Very soft and breathable, they are rugged, do not change their outer appearance and are resistant to pilling. For the first time we used the environment-friendly version of this fabric to give a little help to our mother-outdoor.

 

Polartec® Classic 200

Universal, classic fleece in 200 weight, developed by Malden Mills.  Very warm, highly breathable, non-pilling and quick drying.

 

Polartec® 100 Micro

These fabrics are the standard for lightweight warmth and breathability.  Tight knit construction features 100% polyester microfibres and dries quickly. These durable, non–pilling fabrics maintain their insulation ability after repeated cleaning. 100 Micro fabrics keep you warm and comfortable in a wide range of conditions.

 

Polartec® PowerStretch®

Stretchable fleece fabric that offers superior breathability. Combines the mobility of 4 way stretch fabric with increased warmth feature.

Extendo

4-way stretch fabric with a robust outer surface and moisture-regulating inner.  Made from polyester and spandex fibres( 92%/8%). Extendo dries rapidly, is highly elastic, retains its shape, and is light and breathable, making it a first choice for all active travellers, trekkers and climbers.

 

Extendo ST

Heavier and thicker version of Extendo. Increased content of Spandex fibers to 8% made Extendo ST more flexible. Used to produce garment for intense usage like climbing, running etc. 

 

Extendo WT

A development of Extendo fabric with warmer inner finishing, prepared for colder seasons.

 

Extendo CL

Lightweight version of Extendo. Designed especially for climbing pants.

 

NanoqPile

Light polar fleece with excellent thermal features. Efficient moisture transportation, quick drying and unique structure of polyester micro-fibres provides better breathability.

 

NanoqPile WP

Durable and light fabric with great windproof properties. Light weight combined with superb thermal protection cause that NanoqPile WP is often used in production of sportswear.   

 

NanoqPile 1CT

Light and very stretchy fabric that combines features of first or second layer wear. Provides good thermal properties and very good breathability.

 

Midora

Fabric made of polyester fibres with 420D thicknesses. Midora is highly durable and abrasion-resistant, making it excellent for backpacks and accessories. It comes with a water–resistant polyurethane backing.

 

Coconut fiber

Infused with activated carbon from coconut shells, provides moisture management, odor free and anti-bacterial. The fiber is lightwieght, comfortable and retain all other product features, such as stretch and washability for lasting the product long.

 

Bamboo/ Bamboo Stretch fiber

It's an environment-friendly fiber material that is extracted from bamboo. First the bamboo is processed at high temperature and then it is ground into bamboo charcoal powder which is equally diffused into the fiber structure during spinning. Compared with other kinds of fibers, it puts together good characteristics of high environment protectiveness, good breathability, unique flexibility, instant hygroscopicity and good intensity. The best features of products made of natural bamboo fibers are coolness, softness, as well as good moisture absorption and long lasting colour. Bamboo Stretch is fabric enriched with stretchy fibres.

 

Supplex

Fabric manufactured by Invista company that combines softness and grip of Cotton and all best properties of Nylon. It is resistant to tearing and abrasion as well as breathable. Thanks to thin Nylon fibres used for manufacturing it is up to 30 % softer than standard polyamide fabrics.

 

Supplex Stretch

More flexible version of Supplex fabric.

 

Eclipse Coolplus

Llightweight, pill resistant, polyester knit fabric with superior moisture management, which wicks moisture away from the body to the next layer of the clothing system. Eclipse has a soft feel, dries rapidly, and keeps its shape well.

 

MicoWarmguard

Lightweight, well insulated polyester fibers with advanced internal structure. Their thermal properties allow to design light, low volume, multigrade sleeping bags.

Warranty claims can only be considered upon submission of the warranty card attached to each product. Care should be taken while maintaining our products and the special, written instructions for use provided with each product should be followed.

 

Warranty conditions:  The warranty card allows the purchaser to exercise their rights, under the warranty. Milo Sport products identified with our warranty label have a 24 month warranty for all design and fabric defects and for workmanship, which shall be to the standards set by the company. Repairs undertaken under warranty do not extend the warranty period. The warranty does not cover mechanical damages caused by the use, or wear of elements and damages resultant from non–conformity to the instructions for use. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
